How to Add Your Team to SearchOffshore
A step-by-step guide to adding individual professional profiles for your partners, directors and key advisers.
Click Pay on the Add Your Team page
Go to searchoffshore.com/add-team-member/ and click Pay & Add Profile — £49/mo. You will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page.
Complete payment via Stripe
Enter your card details and billing address on the Stripe checkout page. Payment is taken immediately and you will receive a confirmation email from Stripe. You are then redirected back to SearchOffshore automatically.
Complete the profile submission form
After payment you are redirected back to the Add Your Team page where a profile submission form appears. Fill in the adviser's full name, job title, jurisdiction, practice areas, languages, biography and contact details.
Upload your professional headshot
Upload a professional photograph using the headshot field in the submission form. All profile details including your photo are submitted in one place.
Profile goes live within one business day
We build and publish the profile within one business day of receiving your form submission and headshot. It will appear on the Professionals directory page and in the team sidebar of your firm's listing page. It is independently searchable from the moment it goes live.
Add more team members
Repeat the process for each additional team member. Each profile is billed separately at £49/month. There is no limit on the number of profiles you can add.
Use specific practice area tags
Be as specific as possible — terms like "Trust Law", "Fund Formation" or "Private Client" give clients a clear picture of your expertise and help your profile stand out.
Always include languages
Language tags are among the most valuable search filters for international clients. If someone speaks Mandarin, Arabic or French, always include it — it dramatically narrows the field for relevant clients.
Write a genuine biography
Three sentences copied from a website bio won't work. Write something that explains who this person actually helps and how — the types of clients, the types of matters, and what makes them the right person to call.
Use a real photo
Profiles with photos receive significantly more clicks than those without. A simple headshot against a plain background is better than no photo at all.
Link to your firm profile page
In the website field, link to the person's page on your firm website rather than the firm homepage. This gives searchers a direct path to learn more before making contact.
